Our network of criminal defense attorneys work in local courts across California. Ask us about our experience in cases just like yours.

The two things you should look for are:
- Criminal defense case experience. Has your attorney fought cases like yours? Has he or she beaten suspended license cases, drug possession, domestic assault charges, or anything like yours? What is his or her success rate?
- Local court experience. Justice is supposed to be blind and impartial, but the fact is that judges and prosecutors are human beings, and have tendencies and philosophies. Some judges are very fair to defendants, and some are extremely tough. There may be situations where you would fight a case in front of one judge, but want to work out a deal in front of another, because the risk of a harsh sentence if you lose is too great.
Ask us about our experience when taking advantage or our offer of free legal advice to anyone facing a criminal charge in a California court. We can help you work through your options in fighting the case, and suggest exactly what we can do to help you challenge the prosecution, and beat your case, or get a reduction in charges that you can live with.
The best criminal defense attorneys understand that any case is winnable. That’s why we are always prepared to fight your case all the way to a trial. Juries can be unpredictable. If they sympathize with your situation, and could image themselves in your place, you always have a chance to get a not guilty verdict.
Even when the evidence seems stack against you, the prosecution can make mistakes. And a smart, experienced criminal defense attorney will know how to take advantage. If the other team fumbles, your team still has to convert that opportunity into a touchdown.

Attorney Rebecca Feigelson
When I was 8 years old my father was wrongfully charged with a Federal Crime and the effect to my family was infinitely worse then the crimes he was accused of. Thanks to the hard work of a skilled Defense team, a plea bargain was struck and my father was released after spending 15 months in confinement.
Without such a competent legal defense team my father could have been imprisoned for up to 44 years. After this experience, my goal was to become a Defense Attorney in order to ensure that the best representation was available for people in similar predicaments. I fight every case, as if the individuals and the families affected were my own.
I represent clients all across the bay area.
Recent Press – Murder Charges Dropped Against Client
Murder charges against a man accused of fatally stabbing a 20-year-old in San Francisco’s Hunters Point neighborhood were dropped Wednesday, authorities said.
“I believed in my client’s innocence from our first meeting and never wavered in my belief,” Feigelson said. “It feels great when justice is served and an innocent man gets his freedom back.”
